Upgrading our Property Management Software is easier than with any other package. Here is Kay and Co who operate from two offices and have negotiators working from home. Like many agents their needs have changed over time as have their staffing levels and they need a management system which can be upgraded easily.

With a traditional system we would need to visit each office and also each negotiators home to upgrade the software on each computer. We would also need to upgrade their website and their central server. This upgrade procedure may also grow more complicated as it may interfere with other programs on these computers. All in all a risky, expensive exercise.

Using our system we are able to add new facilities and upgrade their software/website without needing to visit either office or have any contact with any computers. We do all the work in our office only and the very next time you use your software the upgrades are waiting for each and every user.
